These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HempSafe certification platform, website, and SMS communications operated by Greenline Activations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
HempSafe provides online hemp beverage certification courses, staff training programs, and related educational content. Courses are sold individually and in bulk for teams. Completion of a course and passing the assessment results in a HempSafe Certified digital credential valid for 12 months from the date of completion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any HempSafe course. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Payments and Refunds
Course fees are charged at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for individual course purchases — if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Bulk and enterprise seat purchases are subject to the refund terms stated in your written agreement.
4. Course Access
Upon purchase, you receive access to the enrolled course for a minimum of 12 months. Course content, assessments, and certificate generation are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update course content to reflect changes in applicable law or industry standards.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, trademarks, and the HempSafe certification credential are the exclusive property of Greenline Activations LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any HempSafe content without prior written consent.
6. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any HempSafe form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Greenline Activations LLC / HempSafe at the number provided.
Message types may include: course enrollment confirmations, certification reminders, promotional offers, compliance updates, and account-related notifications.
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS communications at any time.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase or enroll in a course.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Greenline Activations LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with receiving SMS messages.
7. Privacy
Your use of HempSafe is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HempSafe services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Distribute, sell, or share course credentials obtained by fraudulent means
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy course content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
9. Disclaimers
HempSafe certification is an educational program. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any specific state, local, or federal law. Laws governing hemp and THC beverages vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. You are solely responsible for verifying applicable laws in your area. Greenline Activations LLC makes no warranty that completion of a HempSafe course satisfies any legally mandated training requirement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenline Activations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the HempSafe platform or services. Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenline Activations LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of HempSafe services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revised effective date at the top of this page.
